What we need from you to get started!
Have your calendar ready! A phone or in person pre-consultation appointment will be scheduled to discuss ideas for the perfect portraits! We require a 50% deposit along with a signed contract. Full payment is due for any session or package booked, 30 days prior to your scheduled session date. Within 30 days, full payment is due at the time of booking. In the case of needing to reschedule, all payments made can be applied towards a reschedule date within one month from the originally scheduled session date.
At the time of booking, we will be scheduling your pre-consultation, all sessions within your desired package and ordering appointments.
Design + Ordering Consultation Appointment
A link to an online gallery will be available within 3 weeks of your session date. That gallery will be available to you for 7 days to share with family and friends and to decide on your favorites!
A predetermined appointment will be made to make selections for ordering. Please have all decision makers at this appointment. Please have small children attended to by another adult outside of the meeting area.
We will work with you to determine the best use of your wall space to create stunning art using wall portraits! We will discuss the various designs available for albums and what prints will make the best gifts for your loved ones! We will have samples so you can see and feel the quality of the products we use.
Payment is due in full for orders placed. For your convenience, we accept check, cash or credit upon request.
