Anyone who knows me well, knows there are a couple quirky things about me that I love: Pirates and Jimmy Buffett. Now shake it up to benefit a parrot rescue like Parrot Hope Rescue, and you have one FUN party event! I was so thrilled to be a part of their big fundraising night! The theme was “Pasta in Parrotdise” and everyone joined in the fun. They had all kinds of parrots, pirates, “Parrot Heads” and the rest were dressed for Key West! I LOVED IT!
This rescue is essential to Northeast Ohio, helping save the lives of exotic birds of all sizes. These birds wait for their forever homes in foster care or at Parrot Hope Rescue’s huge bird sanctuary in Mantua, Ohio. I will be out there very soon, as a matter of fact, to photograph those birds looking to be adopted!
